Rihanna on December 31, 2010 hosting the New Year’s Eve 2011 Party at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. She heated up the evening wearing this dress with sheer and red stripes. As she goes into the new year she still has her red curls, this time parted in the middle and set in big red curls.
